Where to stay: Old Montreal
The historic area has plenty of sights from Notre-Dame Basilica to the Port. There’s a wide range of restaurants, bars and patios during the warmer months. Also in close proximity to downtown and Chinatown.

    Suggestion: out of the oven bagel with cream cheese

    Suggestions: all day breakfast to eat in or takeout
  • Micro Espresso Cafe or Cafe Olimpico
    Suggestion: espresso

  • Schwartz’s Deli
    Suggestion: world famous Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich with a side pickle & black cherry cola
  • Pizzeria No. 900 (multiple locations)
    Suggestion: Margherita Antica pizza & a glass of wine
  • Mano Cornuto
    Suggestion: piatto antipasto, crudo de branzino, battuta di manzo, ask for their rotating special & a beautiful natural wine
  • Tiradito
    Suggestions: Pisco Sour, ceviche classique, tiradito de parmesan, octopus anticucho & duck anticucho
  • Joe Beef or Liverpool House
    Suggestion: if you can’t get a reservation at Joe Beef try their sister restaurant Liverpool House and a get the lobster pasta.

    Suggestion: if you have to wait for either Joe Beef or Liverpool House, get a glass of wine here

    Suggestion: happy hour cocktails
