Where to stay: Parte Vieja (Old Town)
The history, culture, and sights of the Old Town make it San Sebastian’s most iconic neighbourhood. Walk along the Concha. Visit the San Telmo Museum. Hike up Mount Urgull to admire the views from the top. But its real claim to fame is its gastronomy scene. The Old Town has plenty of options to indulge in.

    Suggestions: pulpo (octopus) a la plancha, cochinillo (suckling pig), carrillera (beef cheeks) & foie

  • Arzak
    Legendary family-run restaurant since 1897 with 3 Michelin Stars. Their menu specialize in modern Basque fare. Diners can opt for a complete tasting menu or a set menu with a choice of dishes.
