We had the pleasure of wrapping up our culinary experience of 2023 at RPM.

The experience was heightened by the Chef Eric Robertson and his team’s attention to detail. The menu was comprised of the highest quality and seasonal ingredients of the region. Perfectly paired with wine and sake to enhance the flavour profile.
